Goal

Automatically verify every proposed change.

Tasks

1. Run build/dependency installation from a clean environment.
2. Run formatter/linter or static checks.
3. Run automated tests.
4. Intentionally break a test and confirm CI fails.
5. Restore the code and confirm CI becomes green.
